Medium-hard flexible block for precision sanding

The blue pads are used for precision sanding on areas of the bodywork ; for example, they can help remove drips, or other grains on the dry topcoat.

The product is a non-adhesive support block, on which a piece of sanding sheet is placed.

The blue/black foam sanding blocks allow manual sanding. With its flat, medium-hard or soft surface, the block helps sand perfectly and remove undesired relief.

Why you should not sand with your bare hand and why it is very important to use a flat, medium-hard block ?

When you sand with your fingers, or your hand, you follow the shape of the drop and the result is that you sand both the bottom and the top of the drop.

On the contrary, with a flat foam pad, we « decapitate » the top of the drop or the top of the grains without removing the thickness of the topcoat.

The sanding pad allows to use sandpaper and to remove defects by hand even in corners and also on curved surfaces.
