How do I order an Isuzu paint job ?

Above all, it is imperative to know the exact reference of your paint among the colour codes of Asian cars, and in particular, the color codes of Isuzu cars - without this, it is impossible to place order.

Next, determine whether your current Isuzu paint is metallic/pearlescent or opaque: if it is metallic or pearlescent, go to the "1K basecoat" page.
If it does not contain reflective pigments and it is a simple opaque paint, go to the "2K paint" page.

Before entering the Isuzu colour code in the appropriate field, simply select the packaging you prefer (aerosol or paint can) and the quantity you need (250 ml, 500 ml, 1L kit, or 2L kit), then click "Add to Basket".

How much paint do I need ?
Simply estimate approximately, by multiplying the length by the width of the part to paint (wing, bonnet, bumper, etc.) to obtain the area in square meters.
It takes about 1L of paint to cover 5 m². Therefore, about 250 ml is needed to cover 1 m².
It is always better to have a little more paint than not enough.

ISUZU car colour codes

Like all car manufacturers, Isuzu has produced a wide variety of models and colours - both to innovate and to follow trends. Each model and each year brought new shades, expanding the Isuzu colour chart to cover a hundred references.
We can observe a clear evolution of tones from the 1960s, to the 1990s (introduction  of metallics), and then the 2000s, with the widespread use of pearlescent paints, which are more refined and visually appealing.
We offer various formats of paints according to the Isuzu colour code :

• aerosol (400 ml total volume)

This includes 75% propellant gas and 25% paint, or 100 ml of actual Isuzu paint. Our aerosols contain the same professional-grade products as our paint cans, allowing you to achieve high quality results. For metallic or pearlescent Isuzu colours, remember to also order our two-component topcoat aerosol.

• Paint in a can

There are two versions:

250 ml and 500 ml, which are pre-diluted and ready to use - no mixing required. Paint kits, which include pure paint and separate thinner. You simply dilute the paint with  50% to 70% thinner, depending on personal preference and the spray gun nozzle used.

The History of the Manufacturer - ISUZU

The Japanese company Isuzu Motors was founded in 1916 in Tokyo by a visionary engineer, who partnered with the national gas and electricity company to produce some of Japan's first automobiles. After the devastating earthquake that destroyed much of the country's infrastructure, Isuzu quickly grew by producing vehicles and trucks to replace the damaged rail systems.
Now headquarted in Yokohama, Isuzu is known globally for its commercial vehicles, pickups, vans and professional utility vehicles, all powered by diesel engines.
In Japan, Isuzu expanded into trucks for industry and buses for public transport. The company also partnered with Nissan, creating DATSUN vehicles.
The Isuzu group operates globally through business partnerships in countries such as  India, Russia, and South Africa.
Isuzu's diesel engines are well-renowned and used by manufacturers including  General Motors, with whom Isuzu has had ties since 1920, when GM acquired nearly one-third of Isuzu's shares. In the US, Isuzu has established several manufacturing plants, producing models like the Chevrolet LUV, which was entirely built by Isuzu.

Where to find the colour code of your ISUZU car ?

It is essential to know your colour code, as it is virtually impossible to order or produce the correct paint without it - unless you have the exact colour name. It is not possible to search by year or model.
For Isuzu vehicles, the VIN plate with the colour code can be found in two locations :

- Inside the engine bay, under the bonnet, near the windscreen base.
- On the driver's side door leaf.
