Depending on the quality, the amount and how these fittings are mounted between the filters, hoses, compressor and spray gun, the pressure may drop. Limit the number of clips and fittings to the strict minimum required. Most are not necessary at all.
Tips for installation:
Take the time to properly mount the fittings and insulate them with teflon tape
Check and eliminate leaks.
Check the pneumatic fitting and accessory set up, because some are poorly made and have a thinner internal diameter than the pipe: they may cause an unexplained pressure drop.
In the field of pneumatic hoses, we still speak unfortunately in inches (US measure).
You just have to know that one inch is about 2.5 cm.
Generally, all spray guns have ¼-inch threads.
For this, you will find mainly on our Web site the various fittings, all in size ¼ to easily adapt to filters, spray guns and hoses.
They must be robust and corrosion-resistant. Even by filtering well, there’s a large volume of air that passes through these fittings, and therefore a lot of moisture.
Depending on the workload and their intensive use, their clip mechanism may rapidly be blocked and the fitting will be unusable.
All our fittings are economical and of excellent quality with their galvanized alloy composition.
