Description

The offer includes 1 foam

The 75 mm polishing foams are available to fit our 75 mm velcro plates that fit our mini polishers.

The foams with honeycomb structure and relief allow the surface to heat up during polishing at between 1000 and 2500 rotations per minute.

The use of polishing foams comes after the polishing step with the sheep wool cap.

The role of the sheep wool is the "roughing" after sanding, that is to say the second step of polishing, after the sanding. They allow a higher temperature rise while the foams allow a finer finish and a final rise in shine.

Diameter : 75 mm
Thickness : 30 mm

For colors with the highest gloss and colors that are sensitive to micro-scratches, such as black, it is recommended to use only the black foams.

These three foams are of higher quality than the Chinese ones. Our foams correspond to the standard quality of European and American manufacturers.

The orange foam is used with the Polarshine polishing paste from Mirka (or other brands)
To carry out the first polishing step (removal of micro scratches).

We put a small amount of product on the foam, we can moisten with a little water and proceed to polishing at low speed, until the paste disappears.

For the next step (the final buffing step), a softer foam or waffle foam is used.

It is important to use a microfiber cloth before and after to clean the clearcoat well.

With this small diameter foam (75mm) we can use our mini pneumatic sander.
