Our filters purify compressed air from air compressors used with spray guns, ensuring professional-quality work and preventing silicone craters, microbubbles, and residual surface defects.

They are installed in the air supply system, anywhere between the air compressor (source) and the spray gun (output).

Filters may be used individually, in pairs, or in combination.

For example: a 1 µm particulate filter combined with a 0.01 µm coalescing filter achieves an efficiency rate of 99.99%.

Our filters effectively capture fine particles of water, grease, and dirt.

Tip: For maximum efficiency and perfectly clean air, the particulate filter should be installed first to block larger impurities, followed by the coalescing filter, which removes ultrafine particles down to one-hundredth of a micron.

Both the EMBN particulate filter and CMBN coalescing filter are equipped with a purge button, allowing you to discharge accumulated moisture with a simple press.

Maintenance:

No maintenance or part replacement is required. Simply purge the cartridges regularly.
