Important : 
> For the following RAL (pearl or metallic version), 2K Matt Paints are not available : RAL 9006 - RAL 9007 - RAL 1035 - RAL 1036 - RAL 2013 - RAL 3032 - RAL 3033 - RAL 4011 - RAL 4012 - RAL 5025 - RAL 5026 - RAL 6035 - RAL 6036 - RAL 7048 - RAL 8029 - RAL 9022 - RAL 9023.

The same applies for the fluorescent colours, RAL1026 - RAL2005 - RAL2007 - RAL3024 - RAL3026 - RAL6038, which can only be ordered in our fluorescent category and not in gloss version

Kit PACKAGINGS with the corresponding RAL or PANTONE® colour :

-1.35 L Kit : 1 L Paint + 200 ml Hardener + 150 ml Thinner
-7 L  Kit : 5 L Paint + 1 L Hardener + 1 L Thinner

2 Degrees of mattification :

MAT 20°, SEMI MAT 40°

APPLICATION TIPS 

Warning : Once the 2K Matt Paint–Hardener mixture is prepared, the pot life is 2 hours.

We recommend allowing the mixture to rest for 5–10 minutes to stabilise the product.

MIXING ratio : by volume (not by weight) 5:1 :
- 100 volumes of tinted paint
- 20 volumes of hardener
- Thinning : approximately 10% (according to the painter’s preference) 

Hardener and thinner are supplied with the Paint Kits.

Before the application :

Preparation of the raw surface (plastic, metal, etc.) : degrease, clean, dust and apply a primer if necessary.

Our adhesion primers and filler primers can be found in the PRIMERS category . They are also available in spray version 

On old paints (in good condition), no primer is necessary : a light sanding at 500–800 grit is sufficient to recreate adhesion.

Application :

With spray gun (1.2–1.5mm nozzle)

Apply 1 to 2 thin coats

The 2K Matt Paint dries extremely fast and successive coats can be applied without waiting interval between each pass.

The matt effect appears during the drying process.

Drying (20 °C) :
- Dry to the touch : 30 min
- Through-drying : 4 h
