Type of primer: A bi-component Epoxy product
Colours : white or transparent
Mixing: 100 parts of primer with 25 parts of catalyzer included .
Preparation of the surface:
On a clean surface, dry, oil and dust free
Make sure to test before the absorption rate of the concrete with a drop of water : If the concrete is waterproof, it must be treated with an acidic solution (hydrochloric acid 10% + water 90%) with a spray or with a roll, leave on for one hour, rinse and let dry 24h.
Application:
Tool: pneumatic pistol, airless sprayer, roll, brush
Number of coats: 1 to 2
Performance : 4sqm / kg
Recoating:
By preference within 24 h with a solvent-based paint. Beyond that period light sanding needed
