Extreme Gloss Hi-Gloss Black 2K Paint

Stardust introduces its new polyurethane lacquer based on polyester and alkyd resin, catalyzed with isocyanate:

EXTREME MIRROR GLOSS

It allows a level of gloss never achieved before by any other lacquer.

The black colour of the 2K paint is deeper, more intense, and creates an exceptional shine, reflecting the light like a mirror.

MAXIMUM HARDNESS

Hi-Gloss lacquer produces an ultra-hard dry film that is more shock-resistant and scratch-resistant than “traditional bodywork 2K paints”

The different packaging:

Aerosol 2K 290ml Polyurethane bi-component

Kit 0.375L: 250ml + 125ml hardener H419 + 50ml thinner

Kit 0.875L: 500ml + 250ml hardener H419 + 125ml thinner

Kit 1.750L: 1000ml + 500ml hardener H419 + 250ml thinner

Kit 8.500L: 5000ml + 2.5L hardener H419 + 1L thinner

ACCELERATED DRYING PROCESS

The paint dries quickly at room temperature: it’s dry to the touch in 30 minutes and the vehicle can be operated after 3-6 hours.

Uses:

• High end interior and exterior finishes

• Chroming with paint or silvering

• Especially suitable for painting car or motorcycle rims

• Full vehicle painting

• Furniture and work plans

• Bottles

Mixing and use:

100 volumes of lacquer + 50 volumes of hardener

Let stand 5 minutes

Spray gun: 1.3-1.5mm / 2.5 bars

Apply 1-2 passes (allow 5 min between each coat)

Pot Life : 30 min
