bronze paint with patina effect - complete acrylic kit

The Patinated Bronze paint set allows you to achieve a magnificent patinated bronze effect that is very similar to the real thing.


It is very easy to apply, and there are four options for the appearance of natural bronze metal, depending on the desired effect:

- Silver metal effect

- Bronze effect (dark gold)

- Aged bronze

- Blue oxidised bronze


Composition:

Acrylic paints (VOC < 30g/L)

The paints are non-hazardous and do not contain bronze salts/oxidation salts.

Complete kits include four ready-to-use products for the four steps involved in creating the bronze patina effect.

1 - Black primer

2 - Aluminium metal base

3 - Blue oxidation patina

4 - Bronze metal base


Application method: Brush, paintbrush, stippling, spray gun.


Shake well before use.

1/ Apply WPU501 black primer evenly to the surface (brush or airbrush)

2/ Brush the raised parts of the statue generously with aluminium paint, taking care not to press too hard on the folds and edges

3/ Use a brush to apply the blue or green rust effect patina to the entire piece so that it settles into the folds.

4/ Lightly brush the bronze paint onto the raised areas that catch the light.

Allow sufficient drying time between each step (approximately 30 minutes at 20°C).


Substrates

The black base is suitable for application on resin, wood, cardboard, primers, certain plastics, and certain bare metals.


Resistance:

Excellent UV resistance

Good weather resistance

For superior resistance, a matt varnish can be applied

Storage: 6-12 months in its original packaging.
