Booth peelable topcoat - professional liquid mask

The peelable film for the protection of paint booths is available in both transparent and opaque white versions.

The liquid mask is an acrylic coating that can be simply applied with a spray gun. It prevents the accumulation of paint powder and dust on the walls of the booth.

It is cost-effective, its yield is : 1L = 4-5m².

This peelable paint booth protection varnish is transparent, odorless, and can be easily removed from all types of smooth surfaces.

Flexible and elastic, it is non-brittle and easy to peel.

When it becomes too dirty, it can be peeled off. A new coat can then be applied to protect the booth.

It can be used with a brush, but also with an airbrush on small surfaces after a light dilution with water.

Bodywork, industry, decoration

Mainly intended to protect the various supports, before painting, treatment or sanding. The peelable topcoat is primarily designed for the protection of bodywork and industrial paint booths.

This white liquid film to be sprayed is ideal for the protection of the areas to be painted for industrial, bodywork or graphic art applications, replacing plastic tarps which have an electrostatic effect
 
The film is easily removed by pulling. The dry product remains flexible for several months.

Appearance : satin
Mixing : ready to use product. Water soluble only if necessary.
Application method : apply with a spray gun 1,4 - 1,7 mm in one or two coats, depending on the desired thickness
For sandblasting, it is possible to apply more thickness to increase the protection.
Drying time : 20min per coat (at 20°C)
Recommended dry thickness : 40-60 µm (2 coats) / for optimal resistance 60-80 µm (3 coats)
Temperature resistance : 100-150°C
