ClearGlass Hydro
This latest-generation clearcoat offers high performance in adhesion, gloss (60–75° specular gloss), and durability, with a VOC level below 2%.
It provides excellent resistance to chemicals (alcohols, detergents, acids) and good abrasion resistance.
ClearGlass Hydro is extremely easy to apply, in one coat directly onto the prepared glass (dry, degreased, dust-free).
Application: by brush or spray gun.
Mixture: ready-to-use clearcoat.
Packaging: 1 L, 5 L, and 20 L (decreasing price depending on quantity).
Colouring: compatible with our range of transparent concentrated dyes for hydro glass clearcoat.
Solvent version (2K polyurethane)
This professional, industrial-grade clearcoat is crystal clear and delivers the highest level of gloss (90° specular gloss) and resistance, thanks to its polyurethane formula.
It guarantees direct adhesion and long-lasting durability.
Substrate preparation
The surface must be clean, sound, and free of contaminants or moisture.
For optimal adhesion and wetting, treat the surface with a flame within 30 minutes before application.
Recommendations for use
Apply a first flash coat (thin layer), then one full coat after 2 minutes.
It is possible to apply two coats at 5–10 min intervals for greater thickness.

100 parts clearcoat + 50 parts hardener (by weight or volume)
Dilution: 5–20% if needed
Pot life: 40 min at 20°C
It is possible to tint the clearcoat using opaque shades or transparent dyes
