Velvet Touch Topcoat SOFT TOUCH

As soft as silk !

The SOFT TOUCH Clearcoat provides an ultra soft-touch effect, called "peach skin effect" or "velvet touch".
Its appearance is colourless and non glossy
The impression of softness achieved is remarkable, while scratch-resistance and hardness capacity are excellent.
The application (with a spray gun) is very easy; the topcoat doesn't drip, and you can obtain a matt appearance in less than a minute.

Soft touch varnish: scratch-resistant version

Our offers include :

• Kit 0.75L : 500ml "Soft Touch" ST833 + 0.1L hardener H420 + 0.15L thinner
• Kit 1.35L : 1 L "Soft Touch" ST833 + 0.2 L hardener H420 + 0.15 L thinner 
• Kit 7L : 5 L "Soft Touch" ST833 + 1L hardener H420 + 1L thinner

Mixture : (by weight) 

Anti-scratch version :

100 parts ST833 varnish + 20 parts hardener H420 + 15 parts thinner

Substrates : Over all paints, primers or clean and compatible surfaces (plastic, wood, composite)
Application : Using a spray gun, 1-1.4mm nozzle, in 1-3 medium coats successively.

Special Topcoat - VOC : 557g/L

When painting large parts, it is recommended to reduce the drying speed in order to avoid "seam" or "dusting" defects, thanks to Slow Thinner.

IMPORTANT

To ensure a good solidity of the product " Soft Touch", it is necessary to apply it on its bottom "in wet on wet" (that is to say, after 10 minutes and before 20 minutes, after the application from the bottom), rather than on the sanded bottom)

Complete car varnishing and large surfaces :

In order to slow down the drying time (a little too fast for clearcoats of this type), it is possible to request the replacement of the normal thinner
by a slow diluent. Just write us this clarification by email just after your order.
