HIGH PERFORMANCE ALL-METAL 2K F294 EPOXY PRIMER

Epoxy HS anti-corrosion adhesion primer for the highest requirements of substrate and adhesion protection.

The two-component Epoxy Primer is exceptionally rich in zinc phosphate and is specially designed to adhere to the most difficult ferrous materials :

Steel, Galvanized, Alu, Zinc.

It is particularly suitable for industrial bodywork and 2K paint systems and the most aggressive conditions :

Tanks and reservoirs, dump trucks, semi-trailers, cladding, bridges, etc...

It is our most powerful primer, able to protect the maximum from all aggressions (humidity, chemical products).

Offers :
Kit 1.6L : 1L Epoxy 294 + 0.33L hardener E344 + 250ml thinner

kit 18L : 12L Epoxy 294 + 4L hardener E344 + 2L thinner

Application :
Primer 294 is applied directly to bare, degreased, dry and clean metal, if possible shot-blasted.

It is applied in 2 thick coats.

Application, by spraying or brush.

It can be overcoated immediately wet-on-wet with our bi-component finishes.

Beyond 30 minutes, sanding, de-icing will be necessary to recreate the adhesion, as it dries very quickly.

Mixing

Epoxy 294 : 100 parts

Hardener E344 : 33 parts (by volume) / 20 parts (by weight)

Dilution (for spraying) : Thinner 8229 10 to 15%.

Yield :

8-9 m² / coat (50µm)

Can be applied wet-on-wet in thicknesses of 75 my.

High anticorrosive power.

Hanging on steel, galvanized and aluminium.

Suitable for 2K paint systems.
