Carbon Putty

Use / destination:

Medium-viscosity putty for repair and filling work, suitable for bicycle frames, fairings, and bodywork.

Also ideal for filling crevices caused by corrosion.

Formulated with carbon fibres that provide both lightness and exceptional strength.

The polyester composition ensures excellent adhesion on all surfaces.

Once dry, it forms an ultra-hard, highly resistant surface that is easy to sand.

Shade: Black paste – easy to work with.

Substrate preparation: 

For metals or fibreglass: clean and degrease thoroughly.

Sand with P80–P120 abrasives.

Remove old synthetic paints and acid-based products such as “Wash Primer.”

Mixture: 

Putty + Hardener: 2–3% by weight

Pot life: 5 minutes at 20°C

Drying and sanding

Can be sanded after 20–30 minutes at 20°C.

Theoretical coverage: 8 m²/L

VOC: > 420 g/L
