Chameleon pearls are pearlized type pigments with a particles size generally from 10 to 60µm. Made of a synthesis mica base / substrate, they are coated with metallic oxydes: this is what gives the colorshift reflected color !

How to prepare your chameleon paint :

Incomplement 1 packet of powder into 1L/1quart transparent basecoat binder and stir it up until complete mixing. Then add thinner.

Mixing :

• 2.5% (25g/L) . it is possible to load up to 3.5%
• into 1L of transparent basecoat binder + thinner

How to get multicolor pearlized/sparkling effect clearcoat:

to be applied over white/black or any color basecoat/background .

Incomplement a small amount of powder into 1L/1quart of clearcoat and stir it up until complete mixing , then add hardener and thinner.

Mixing :

• 0.2 to 1.5% (2g to 15g/L or Qt)
• into 1L/Qt of clearcoat + hardener and thinner

Important : there is two type of chameleon powder :

• Transparent powders (white appearence) 

• Semi-opaque powders (copper appearence)

 Only use white transparent powders to get multicolor pearlized/sparkling clearcoat.

Use :Product reserved to professionnals: Handle with care. Wear a respirator mask and gloves. Do not breath dusts. May cause permanent lungs damages.
