The sprayer allows external and cross-mixing of chrome products (about 10 to 15 cm from the nozzles).

The jet crossing is adjustable using a screw. The jets must intersect exactly when they reach the surface of the part to be chromed.

Since the beginning of July, we have introduced a new innovation to the sprayer system of the machine.

We have completely redesigned our new sprayers and eliminated several issues related to the use of conventional spray guns:

Advantages:
- The new sprayers are made of more than 95% of plastic. Metals have been removed, preventing unwanted reactions with the plating solutions.
- The new sprayers have no needle: no risk of clogging.
- For chrome plating, two sprayers are attached, the mixture of products A and B takes place outside, avoiding spray gun contamination.
- Plastic spray nozzles are available with 60° or 90° jet angles.
