DESCRIPTION :

UHS 7080 Polyurethane Finish is a high quality, high gloss, ultra resistant 2K Paint.

It’s a low VOC product, suitable for many permanent applications (decorative, industrial, or machinery).

• 0.375L Kit (1.5 m²) : 250 ml 2K Paint + 125 ml Hardener
• 0.875L Kit (3 m²) : 500 ml 2K Paint + 250 ml Hardener + 125 ml Thinner
• 1.650L Kit (6 m²) : 500 ml 2K Paint + 250 ml Hardener + 125 ml Thinner
• 8.5 L Kit (30 m²) : 5 L 2K Paint + 250 ml Hardener + 1 L Thinner
• 1 two-component Aerosol, 290ml (0.5 m² max)
• Pack of 3 two-component Aerosols, 290ml (1.5 m² max)

APPLICATION TIP :

Warning : Once the hardener is added, use the product within 3 hours.

The product can be left to rest for 15 minutes, leaving it to stabilise.

   

MIXING is in volume (not in weight) at 2:1 ratio :
- 100 volumes of 2K Paint 7080
- 50 volumes of hardener
- Thinning according to the painter’s preference: approximatively 10% of thinner
The hardener and thinner are supplied with the paint

Before application :

Thoroughly degrease, clean, dust and prime the raw surface if necessary (if it is metal, plastic, etc.)

Our adhesion primers and our filling primers are available in the PRIMERS category and also in aerosol version
On old paints, in good condition, no primer is necessary: a light sanding with 800 is enough to create adhesion.

   

Application :

Apply 1 or 2 coats using a spray gun (1.2 - 1.5mm nozzle), leaving 10 minutes between each coat

Recommended thickness for dry film : 60µm for two coats

      

Drying :

Dry to the touch in 1h/Dry : 4-5h E-225

(solvent-based product meeting European standards <420g/L)
