Description and composition :

Polyurethane acrylic lacquer with different shades to choose, matte-intense

Fields of application :

Anti-slip ultra-hard lacquer especially designed for application on polyester-polyurethane or cement shower trays.
Can be applied to a flexible mould as a paint coat after the tray has been removed from the mould.

This product conforms to the JIS Z 2801 Antibacterial Standard: 2010 "Antibacterial activity efficacy" and NTC
5170 "Determining by Exterior Exposure Tests the Susceptibility of Paint Films to Microbiological Attack".

We certify compliance with the artificial aging test and the artificial exposure carried out with the QSUN Xe-3-HS
Test Chamber, which guarantees 1000 hours (3 years) based on the UNE EN ISO 11341 Standard.

Stardust can also produce transparent and pearl colours (to apply on a black background)

Application :

Prepare the mixture, with 100 parts of lacquer + 20 parts of hardener, thin if necessary (5-15%)
The mixture must be perfectly homogeneous. 

The surface must be sanded beforehand with a P400 abrasive.

Degrease thoroughly the plastic using a degreasing agent and apply one or two product passes ±100g/M2.
Application with a spray gun or brush / paint roller
Apply 2 coats
paint gun → 10 minutes interval
Paint roller → 20 minutes interval
