The FillClean® machine is a lightweight, convenient, simple and fast system for packaging paints in pre-gassed aerosols
This aerosol filling system is pneumatic and simply requires connection to a compressed air circuit powered by a compressor.
Implementation is done in a secure manner thanks to the FillClean® machine, and filling caps, which allow the filling, dosing and insertion of the paint into the aerosol using the machine's piston.
The filler caps are sold in packs of 6 units, available on this page.
One capsule has a capacity of 100 ml. The aerosol thus filled will contain 100 ml of paint + propellant gas. The usual volume of paint sprays is 400ml.
It is possible to add an adapter for filling small 250ml aerosols.
The FillClean® system allows the filling of industrial or automotive paints, solvent-based, one-component or two-component.
It is possible to use this system for water-based paints, with pre-gassed Hydro type aerosols.
