Features
Sofubi metallic paints for toys are glossy finishes.
Their semi-transparent nature requires the application of thin coats (to distribute the metallic pigments well) in several coats (for good coverage)
These solvent-based paints are both flexible and ultra-resistant.
Application
Preferably with an airbrush,
SOFUBI metallic paints needs a black background, except for light metallic colors, which should be applied over a white background.(HKT205 ICE WHITE)
Use the cleaning thinner to rinse and clean tools after use
Mixing :
SOFUBI metallic paints are delivered pure.
Drying and Thinning recommendations
SOFVI paint can sometimes dry too quickly because it is very reactive.
To counter too rapid drying (powder effect), thin with standard thinner.
Paints: Thin to 30-50% - pressure 1.5 bars, nozzle from 0.3 to 0.5 mm,
Drawings: Thin to 50-70% - pressure 1 bar, nozzle 0.15 to 0.2mm.
