Full-face painting mask, with or without a cartridge – solvent-resistant visor

In professional automotive painting, exposure to solvents, spray mist and fine particles requires maximum protection.

The 9300G full-face respirator is designed to provide comprehensive protection for painters working in spray booths or workshops. Certified to the European standard EN 136:1998 and compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/425

This model meets the requirements of the most demanding environments.

Unlike a half-mask, a full-face respirator protects both the respiratory tract and the eyes at the same time.

It is fitted with a large panoramic visor made from high-strength plastic, specially designed to withstand dirt, paint splashes and the solvents used in bodywork. This visor provides a clear and wide field of vision, which is essential for precision work, whilst making it easy to clean after use.

The full-face mask is fitted with a voice diaphragm, a special device that improves vocal performance when communicating at work. Workers do not need to remove their respirator when communicating.

It is also fitted with an RD40 connector, a universal, standard threaded connection. Our F210G has a single RD40 connector for the cartridge

The main body of the mask is made of silicone.

This material offers significant advantages: greater flexibility, improved watertightness and superior comfort during prolonged wear. Silicone is a more durable and comfortable material, ensuring the mask lasts longer in environments where it is exposed to chemicals.

The 9300G features a six-point harness system that ensures a consistent and stable fit on the face. An adjustment control knob makes it easy to check the seal before each use.

Available in size M, it suits a range of body shapes.

Universal connection interface:

The full-face mask is compatible with the T1000 activated carbon cartridges or T1111 cartridges that we supply, whether these are cartridges for organic vapours such as solvents or combined gas and particle filters (not compatible with 3M cartridges).

We also supply pre-filters and compatible retaining caps. These consumables and spare parts are available for next-day delivery when users need to replace their used cartridges or pre-filters.
