The steps to easily make a wash with blue lime:

Ingredients :
- some water
- Ultramarine pigment
- lime ("aerial" type)
- alum salt (to fix the pigment)

Steps :

Step 1: Mix 3 teaspoons of blue pigment with 1L of water. Mix well.
Step 2: Then add 1/2 volume or 1 volume of lime, depending on the desired fluidity. Mix well.
Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of alum salt. Mix well.
Step 4: On a white primer or white matte paint, paint with a wide brush. Make movements in "circumflex accent" and completely cover the white background.

Step 6: It is possible to apply more layers to get a deeper blue.
