Description

What is a nano ceramic coating?

It is a transparent liquid product designed to protect surfaces. The nano ceramic coating is applied by spraying or with an applicator pad on bodywork (or other substrates*) and, after evaporation and curing, forms a microscopically thin film (about one micron per layer) with extreme hardness (9H – the highest level).

Hydrophobic :

Liquids cannot adhere to or spread over the T5 Graphene-coated surface, thanks to its very high surface tension properties. Water rolls off and drains away, while dirt does not stick.

Product application

Step 1 – Wash the vehicle before application.

Step 2 – Correct the paintwork by sanding and polishing.

Step 3 – Clean the surface with a degreaser, ensuring it is perfectly clean and dry. For deep cleaning, use the Claybar 

Step 4 – Apply the product evenly, section by section

Step 5 – Spread and inspect during drying/evaporation. Check and correct any spreading issues while the product is still soft.

Step 6 – Wipe off with a clean microfibre cloth after about one minute (the wiping time depends on the season and location; for best results, wipe before the coating becomes difficult to remove).

Step 7 – Allow 24 hours for drying and curing. For best performance, two coats are recommended, with the second applied after two hours. It is advisable to wait seven days before washing the vehicle. To maximise the coating’s lifespan, wash the vehicle every two weeks using appropriate cleaning techniques.
