Smoke Black Headlight Polish – 2C Automotive Gloss Varnish Spray

Car headlights are made of polycarbonate. Rear headlights can be colored in black "Smoke effect", while maintaining an acceptable level of transparency, for aesthetic customization.

Good hold

Our two-component polyurethane acrylic varnish allows perfect adhesion and very long durability. The varnish and its pigment do not produce yellowing or loss of color with the sun or temperature.

Appearance

The smoked effect on a rear light produces a glossy, opaque black finish when not in use.

The red signal light emitted appears perfectly in the operating state.

Instructions for implementation:

1 / The headlight must be sanded with a gray abrasive sponge, which guarantees perfect adhesion of the varnish. The surface of the plastic must be dusted and degreased (Use a mild degreaser or alcohol)

2 / Apply an adhesive marking around the headlight

3 / Activate the aerosol: With the red button, hit the rod located below the aerosol, in order to release the hardener. From this moment on, the contents of the aerosol must be used within 60 minutes.

4 / With a distance of about 15 to 20 cm, apply layers of smoke effect varnish

on the headlight. Between each layer, it is important to wait between 5 and 10 minutes. You can apply 2 to 4 layers depending on the effect and the level of darkness you want to obtain.

5/ Allow drying and complete hardening in a dry environment. Commissioning after at least 24 hours

Special safety instructions

The aerosol contains flammable and harmful gases and products.

Wear a paint mask and work in a booth or workshop with sufficient air extraction / air circulation.
