Version : Solvent-based matt basecoat* - Opel car paint
*A 1K basecoat : it is a thin, monocomponent paint which dries in the air, it does not need a hardener
Mixing is done with the supplied thinner, except for the already thinned versions.

Opel paint coverage :
pure paint coverage*: 10 m² / L and per coat
coverage of pre-diluted paint : 6 m² / L and per coat
coverage of 400 ml aerosol spray paint : 0.5 m² max

TIPS FOR APPLICATION
On a clean, grease-free, sound, dust- and moisture-free base, finely sanded with 600 or 800,
Apply the Opel paint with a pneumatic spray gun (nozzle 1.2 to 1.5 mm - pressure 3 bars), in a few thin coats on small portions (retouching on bodywork), or in 2 to 3 coats for complete bodywork.

APPLYING THE TOPCOAT

Varnishing is compulsory and must take place no later than 30 minutes after the Opel base paint has been applied.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Paint and topcoat must be applied at a temperature of at least 10°C, and preferably between 15 and 25°C

Car polish is available in aerosol clearcoat.
It is also available for those who use a paint gun, in a 875ml mini kit, or in a 1.5L kit of 830 UHS car clearcoat.
