Nissan car paint code - Car colour code in 1K solvent-based basecoat

To order a Nissan manufacturer color, you are on the right page.
What you need is your NISSAN color code, or the Nissan "color name".
The code consists of a few numbers and/or letters. You will normally find it on a plate inside the passenger door.

Application guide

1/ The first step is the preparation of the support
this can be a simple light sanding with abrasive 500 of the old original paint or varnish
or a primer***, which allows to fill and surface the bottom (in the case of irregularities or scratches), sanded with 500
The bottom must not be stripped.

In the rules of the art of bodywork painting, it is essential to have a perfectly healthy base.
- sand / degrease / dry / dust

2 / Application of the Nissan color code paint with a spray gun or aerosol

a / Stir / shake the paint well or shake the aerosol
b/ At 12-15 cm from the surface, spray 3 thin coats, with a waiting interval of 2 to 5 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.
c/ Rinse your gun and immediately prepare the clearcoat mixture with its hardener and thinner
d/ Varnish with 2 glossy coats, without excess, without missing, respecting 10 minutes between the two coats.

Car polish is available in aerosol clearcoat.
It is also available for those who use a paint gun, in a 875ml mini kit, or in a 1.5L kit of 830 UHS car clearcoat.

In the case of a touch-up on a part, you must always clearcoated the entire part.

*Car body clearcoats
It is a clear and shiny product, whose formula is acrylic polyurethane, therefore two-component (2C)
It protects against scratches, humidity, but also the sun.
After curing for 24 hours, it forms a shiny and very hard layer.
It is perfectly impermeable to fuels
