The “Gold Premium” 8µm gold paint is a unique and innovative specialty manufactured by Stardust.

The paints offers an unmatched golden finish in terms of gloss and colour.

It imitates a high-gloss golden surface that looks alike the gilding made with gold leaf and no grain is noticeable.

It’s a 1K Basecoat that ensures resistance and provides a gloss, satin or matt finish.

What’s the secret of this “8µm Gold Premium ” GOLD imitation paint ?

• Its pigment microscopic size, only 0.008 mm (or 8 micrometers), makes it possible to perfectly imitate real yellow gold.

• Based on exclusive metallic pigments, unique in the world, without any dye. Contains no pearl or bronze.

Mixing and use :

Very liquid product, can be applied using a spray gun or airbrush. Never use a brush.

Nozzle from 0.15mm to 1.3mm

No thinning required.

No hardener needed.

Solvent-based single-component formula

Application :

Rims, decoration, bodywork, helmets, ornaments, statues, gates

Substrate :

To be applied over all types of painted backgrounds:

Paints, topcoats, primers, very finely sanded (800 / 1000 grit)

All background colours.

Application method :

Very thin, successive passes.

Resistance :

Withstands high temperature, UV resistant, as there is no dye and manufactured from pure metal
