AUTOMOTIVE 2K PAINT
Our 2K paints are high quality polyurethane lacquers that create glossy, hard surfaces, resistant to most chemicals and environmental conditions.

2 STANDARD VERSIONS
Both lacquers are glossy and have identical resistance characteristics.
URKIVOC lacquer has the advantage of having low VOC levels.
Nato lacquer (Universal adhesion)  has an exceptional ability to adhere directly to many types of materials: steel, stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, brass, glass, plastic (ABS, PUR, PC, MA, GRP, PVC), ceramics, powder lacquer, coal coating

We offer 2 very hard lacquers with a wet effect:
- Polyurethane Glossy PU2K Standard (black or white at choice) (VOC <420g/L)

- Polyurethane Glossy Lacquer, Universal adehsion, PU2K-Nato (Black) (VOC >420g/L - Product for professional use.)

Destination: Cars, trucks, motorcycles

Mixture: 2:1 (100 parts paint to 50 parts hardener, 15-25% thinning)

Application: over a clean and primed surface, 1 medium pass followed 5-10 minutes after by a second very glossy coat. 

Drying
POT-LIFE (mixing time): 3 hours

Dry to the touch at 20°C: 2.5-5h
Drying at 20°: 16-20 hours
Baking in the paint booth: 15-30 min at 60-70°C
Cooking with infrared: 10 (short waves) to 15 minutes (medium waves)

Setting: 1.2 to 1.5mm nozzle.

Features: Solvent-based polyurethane lacquer. Two-component product (base and hardener). The drying and curing (polymerization) occur through the hardener. These products are finishes and therefore do not need additional top coat.
