Carbon Putty
Use / destination: Medium viscosity Putty for repair work and filling, suitable for bicycle frames, fairings, and bodywork. Also appropriate for filling crevices caused by corrosion.
Composed of carbon fibers that bring lightness and hardness.
Polyester formula for excellent adhesion everywhere. After drying, it creates an ultra hard and resistant surface that is easy to sand.
Shade: Black colour paste, easy to work with.

Substrate preparation:
On metals or glass fibers: clean, degrease. Sanding with P80-120.
Remove old synthetic paints, and acid products like "Wash Priler"
Mixture:
Putty + Hardener 2-3% in weight
Pot life after mixture 5 min à 20°C
Drying and sanding
Can be sanded after 20-30 min at 20 °C
Theoretical coverage: 8m² / L
Voc: > 420g/L
